Leadership Orlando Alumni
Leadership Alumni are connected and engaged community leaders, guided by heartfelt passion and a unique sense of belonging. In their professional and volunteer leadership roles, Leadership Alumni provide sustenance and inspiration to the variety of communities and organizations in which they serve.
Three generations of Leadership Alumni have become community trustees, providing leadership in the public, private and civic sectors, as elected officials, corporate executives, and as volunteer leaders in community-based organizations – all working to ensure a strong foundation for those that follow.
The members of our Leadership Alumni Association, The A-Team, are valued advisors, those who can be trusted to provide an honest perspective, collaborate on regional solutions, and build support for regional opportunities.
When it comes to significant community challenges like workforce development, transportation, community development and more, the members of the A-Team are on the Partnership’s go to list. We want to ensure that they are the beneficiaries of lifelong learning, community involvement, and access to decision-makers who are shaping our future.

Black Boardroom Leadership Institute
BBLI is a transformational program designed to help grow a talent pipeline of Black leaders and drive change on nonprofit boards in the Orlando region. BBLI seeks to address the significant diversity gap among Orlando’s nonprofit boards of directors.
